ADF Bylaws and Constitution

Our Constitution and Bylaws are the broadest governing documents for ADF. They describe how ADF is organized and lay the foundation for other policies and procedures.

Policies & Positions

In addition to the Constitution and Bylaws, ADF has adopted policies that address specific aspects of the organization and our members.

Inclusion Statement Explains ADF’s commitment to inclusive druidry.
Organizational Structure Describes how ADF members are organized at national and local levels and explains our governing body.
Code of Conduct Details the community’s expectations for member behavior.
Privacy Policy Describes what information ADF collects and how we use that information.
Moderation Policy Provides community-approved guidelines for using ADF’s social media, email, and forums.
Sexual Conduct Policy Covers topics such as consent, misconduct, appropriate behaviors, and sexual harassment.
Child Abuse Policy Covers the protection of children, mandatory reporting, and compliance.
Convicted & Registered Sex Offender Policy Explains ADF’s policy toward sex offenders and safeguards against abuse.
